Alysia Stern is an entrepreneur, media personality, television and radio host, published author, and one of the top producing real estate professionals in the Myrtle Beach area. Recognized among the Top 1% of Realtors in the market, she has built her career on relationships, community involvement, and an unwavering commitment to helping others achieve their dreams. Whether she is negotiating a real estate transaction, interviewing guests on a podcast, or mentoring new business owners, Alysia brings energy, passion, and authenticity to everything she does.
A proud twin mom and member of a military family, Alysia understands the sacrifices that come with service and dedication. She is married to retired FDNY firefighter Cristino Melendez, who spent his career serving the people of New York City. When Chris retired from the Fire Department, the family made the life changing decision to relocate to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, where they embraced a new chapter while continuing to honor the values of service, resilience, and hard work that have always guided their lives.
After establishing herself as one of the area’s leading Realtors, Alysia found herself drawn back to her first love, the arts and media. A natural storyteller and communicator, she returned to television, radio, podcasting, and content creation with the same determination that fueled her success in real estate. Through her platforms, she shines a spotlight on local businesses, entrepreneurs, veterans, community leaders, and everyday people with extraordinary stories to tell.
Today, Alysia is expanding her media presence with the launch of Money with Alysia and Realtors in RVs. These innovative programs combine education, entertainment, and real life conversations designed to inspire, inform, and connect audiences. From financial insights and entrepreneurship to real estate and personal journeys, Alysia continues to prove that reinvention has no age limit. Her mission remains simple: build businesses, elevate others, tell meaningful stories, and leave every community she touches better than she found it.
