The tale of The Frost-Giants Daughter stands as one of the earliest chronicles of Conans life, capturing the essence of his youth as a mercenary in the frosty lands of Nordheim, just north of his homeland, Cimmeria. In this gripping story, Conan finds himself as the sole survivor of a brutal battle on an icy plain, where eighty men have fallen in a fierce clash between Wulfheres Aesir warriors and the Vanir led by chieftain Bragi. As the exhausted Conan lies amidst the carnage, he is approached by the enchanting and haughty Atali, a semi-nude beauty draped in a gossamer veil that seems woven by magic. Her teasing presence ignites a primal desire within him, and he embarks on a wild chase across the snow, driven by lust and fury. But can Conan truly contend with the daughter of a frost-giant? And what will happen when her formidable father arrives? Discover the thrilling twists of this classic tale.
