Where can you listen?

Hi, I’m Gao, a Japanese woman learning English from zero while raising a little daughter.

This podcast is my honest and slow English journey.
I am not a teacher. I am not fluent.
I am simply practicing — thinking and speaking in English step by step.
In each episode, I share my daily thoughts, small discoveries, struggles, and growth.
I talk about life in Japan, motherhood, work, and self-development — all in simple English.

This is not perfect English.
This is real beginner English practice.
Let’s grow together!
