Every day in October, one short prompt to get you writing in French.
You understand French, but when it's time to speak, the words don't come together? Writing is the answer. Building good sentences on paper is how you learn to build them out loud: better writing leads to better speaking.
Inspired by Inktober, FrenchTober is a 31-day challenge for learners from A2 to C1. Each episode lasts no more than a minute and a half: listen to the day's prompt, then write. This year's theme is cooking. We start gently, with a single sentence a day in the first week, then build up step by step until you're writing a full text in the final week.
