Where can you listen?
Boston Blackie is a reformed crook whose attempts to solve crimes frequently put him at odds with Inspector Farraday. Mary Wesley joins Blackie in a series of investigations, mistaken identities and dangerous encounters.
The radio series began on NBC in 1944 with Chester Morris as Blackie. Richard Kollmar took over in the later syndicated series, beginning in 1945. This collection includes recordings from both versions.
Heritage Radio Vault presents 203 preserved recordings: 199 drama episodes and four archive supplements, including cast biographies and introductory material. Supplements are labelled separately from the drama.
Episode descriptions retain source-file dates and archive references to help identify the surviving recordings. These archive labels are not presented as a complete broadcast sequence.
