In Lucy Maud Montgomery’s beloved classic, Anne of Green Gables, we meet a spirited red-headed orphan whose vibrant personality and boundless imagination make her truly unforgettable. Despite her challenging past, Annes unwavering optimism allows her to find joy in the smallest things. Her life takes a dramatic turn when she is mistakenly adopted by the Cuthberts, a brother and sister who had intended to bring home a boy to help on their farm. Initially, the Cuthberts believe they must return Anne to the orphanage, but before long, her charm and determination weave her into their hearts and lives in ways they never anticipated.
