Where can you listen?

Are you carrying an audacious, God-convicted vision but feel like you are constantly “pulling everything together” because the right people and support are not fully in place?

Do you feel drained from over-functioning, managing too many voices, and carrying responsibilities that keep pulling you away from the higher-level work you are truly called to do?

Are you frustrated watching less qualified or less impactful people gain visibility, influence, and opportunities while your leadership, wisdom, and results remain overlooked?

Do you know deep down that your vision could grow further if you were surrounded and supported by people who truly understood your message, leadership, and the value of what you are building?

I am so glad you are here.

This podcast was created for ambitious Christian leaders carrying significant vision, responsibility, and pressure—leaders who know they are called to greater impact but need the right people, stronger strategy, greater recognition, and meaningful opportunities to move the vision forward.

Through honest conversations, biblical principles, prayer, and practical leadership and branding strategies, this podcast will help you strengthen both your leadership and your public presence so you can stop carrying everything alone and begin attracting the people, partnerships, opportunities, and support your vision requires.

You will learn how to:

clearly communicate your vision and leadership, strengthen your personal brand without compromising your faith or authenticity, position yourself for greater influence and opportunities, navigate leadership pressure with greater confidence and wisdom, and build the kind of visibility that helps the right people find, trust, and align with your mission.

Most importantly, this podcast will help you bridge the gap between the meaningful work you are already doing and the recognition, support, and strategic opportunities needed to expand your reach and increase your impact.

Hello, I’m Nicole Pride, and for the last 30 years I’ve helped senior executives and high-level administrators excel by devising strategies that support institutional priorities, strengthening personal brands, and being the straight-shooter who provides sound counsel when the stakes are high.

I have found great joy in being the behind-the-scenes advantage that helps public leaders lead with clarity, strengthen trust, and navigate pressure with wisdom—regardless of their leadership style.

Do you know what I discovered from being a trusted second-seat leader?

The common denominator among struggling leaders is fear.

It shows up as insecure management moves like micromanaging, contentious conversations with colleagues, poor communication, overcommitting, and carrying responsibilities that eventually lead to exhaustion and depletion.

I am deeply passionate about helping ambitious Christian leaders become more effective leaders—leaders who can steward audacious, God-convicted visions with confidence, clarity, and conviction.

If you are ready to prove to yourself—and others—that you can lead with impact, achieve the goals, galvanize support, communicate your vision with authority, make decisions with confidence, and establish a work-life rhythm that works for you and your family, this podcast is for you.

So, go grab a protein bar and your iPad. Do not miss your next strategic move.
